2009 First Annual Chili Challenge

The First Annual Chili Challenge on June 7, 2009 was a resounding success. The ambiance at Rainbow Orchards was commented on by many of the participants in the event. Families came early and stayed late enjoying the mild weather and the good time.

There were about 12 cooks in the People's Choice portion, about 20 in the ICS competition and 12 or so vendors.

The winner of the 50/50 Raffle was Stacie Walls.

Adding greatly to the enjoyment of the day was the music provided by Bamboozled.

Many volunteers contributed time serving drinks, clearing trash and serving chili as needed. We thank them for their contributions to the success of the day.
