About Our Club
For over 75 years the Pollock Pines-Camino Rotary club has been doing our part to make this a better world starting right here in Pollock Pines and Camino.
We’re a Small, But Mighty Club made up of retirees, professionals and entrepreneurs. We don’t have initiation fe
es, our membership dues are easy on the budget, and our attendance requirements are designed to fit your schedule.
The single biggest requirement our club has is passion. We’re looking for individuals that want to make this a better world, believe in doing what’s right, and aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get to work.
Rotary is a global community with 1.4 million Rotarians and Rotaractors from clubs in nearly every country. There’s the Placerville Rotary Club, The Cameron Park Rotary Club and the Georgetown Rotary Club. Of the four clubs, the Pollock Pines-Camino Rotary Club is the smallest, but we’ve got heart!
Making a difference in the community is the primary reason for joining Rotary. Rotary provides five Avenues of Service for contributing back to the community: Club Service, Vocational Service, Community Service, International Service, and Youth Service.
